Order Processing Time **

Orders require a 2 - 3 business day order manufacturing time. Days shown above indicate the business days your order spends in actual transit from our workshop to the delivery address - order processing time is not included.

 

National Holidays

White Oak Candle Co.™ cannot ship packages on US national holidays:

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

  • New Years Day

 

International Orders

White Oak Candle Co.™ does NOT ship to an address outside of the United States or Canada.

Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy:  If your order has not yet been processed, and your credit card has not been charged there is no cancellation fee. If your order has already been processed and your card was charged, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. 15% restocking fees may be applied if your order was partially shipped. Refunds will be made within 48 hours of the receipt of the cancellation or the return of all products that have shipped.

 

Return Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.  You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Candles may not be returned if they have been burned!  Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt

 

CLAIMS: All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Merchandise purchased for future use must be checked upon receipt. Failure to make a claim within the stated time constitutes acceptance of the goods as is.

 

DAMAGES: Buyer shall be responsible to file claims with any carrier for damage occurring during shipment. UPS, FedEx, and Common Carrier: Note damages upon delivery. For common carrier shipments only, save original carton(s) and contents for possible inspection; call the carrier to report the damages and receive claim instructions.

 

Warranty Policy: 

Candles by Laura, LLC, dba White Oak Candle Co.™ warrants its products to be free of material defects in workmanship and material.
